This page is for my Advisor variants and designs, which will be split into 6 categories depending on their context. These include;
AU designs,
one-shot designs,
one-off designs,
animation designs,
derivative designs,
and then a final misc section.
You can find more information about each category at the start of their section.
NOTE: Despite being the same person, Nedz and Advisor will be split into 2 seperate pages due to the drastic difference in their designs and characters.
Alongside that, every variants page will start with the original canon design(s) these designs are based on, just as reference. With that said;
The current canon design for Advisor that will be featured in Final Dish, the upcoming final update for Vloo Guy. He actually does have an old design with vastly different lore that I used to be obsessed with, but I never ended up making any variants of him, so he won't be featured here (rip nedfreak).
Designs that, as the name suggests, are part of a larger Alternate Universe. Tend to have an accompanying world or story unique to them as well as being part of a larger group of designs (around three or more) rather than standing on their own. They're also usually the most fleshed out concept wise and are able to expand beyond their initial ideas.
Designs that are usually for their own self-contained stories or universes. Tend to have less than 2 accompanying characters and are overall meant to stand on their own without much outside context. Can become AU designs if their universes become more fleshed out and expanded.
Designs that are made with a simple concept or idea in mind and don't tend to expand much beyond that. Unlike One-shots, there's no true limit for how many accompanying designs a one-off variant can have, as their concepts and themes can be shared across multiple characters due to the simple nature of them, with the main thing they lack being a cohesive narrative or story. Can become one-shot designs if expanded on
Similar to one-offs or one-shots, but made specifically for an animation. The main difference being them being heavily inspired and based on a certain song or audio rather than an AU or design concept, and mostly only being used for said animation of it, and not really anywhere else. Can become AU or One-shot designs if expanded on.
Variants of a character that are so different from their canon counterpart that they are either considered, or were always intended to be, their own separate characters from them. However, they still tend to take on the same or similar role as that original character, so they will still be included in their pages.
Your helpful shopkeeper! He’s a bit unhinged, maybe mentally deranged, but he’s god damn convenient to have around with all the bits and bops he has for sale at any given time, and he’s more than willing to help you out in your quest for…whatever it is you’re trying to do here. Just don’t make eye contact and I’m sure you’ll be fine.
A social recluse with a strange fascination for eldritch abominations and incomprehensible horrors. She’s dedicated her life to her research into the unknown, and as one would expect, she ends up diving in too deep when she makes a deal with two cosmic entities for their otherworldly knowledge in return for her eternal indentured servitude. They might contractually own her now, but hey, at least she can do cool magic!
A sweet girl who lives out in the woods alone in her cottage, spending her days picking berries and tending to any injured critters she comes across. She’s the heartbeat of the forest, but of every animal she’s nursed back to health, there’s one that’s always eluded her. A single injured bear that’s always close enough to see but never to touch, simply watching from afar. She has a particular fondness for it, and it seems to have an interest in her too, though I couldn’t tell you if it was compassion or… something else.
The sky is where they long to be! Sort of a carrier pigeon type, they deliver mail from Point A to Point B as quickly as their little wings will take em. Don’t fly too high though, wouldn’t want your wings to burn up in the sun, right?
Random designs that I only doodled once and haven't done anything with yet still wanted to be on the page without clogging any of the other sections. To spare myself the effort I'll only be using the drawing I already made of them and not bothering to give them names if they don't already have one.
