A children's drug PSA mascot who got fired for doing drugs and has now relegated to leeching off people and taking whatever random gigs he can get.
Despite his hateful nature, he actually lives a rather mundane life, for the most part anyways. He likes it that way personally, just living a peaceful life at his house with his wife. Unfortunately his "best buddy" whom he met 2 days ago at the time decided to enter his life and refuse to leave, becoming a rather major nuisance in his day to day life. There goes his peaceful existence, I guess.
Despite the look, she's not actually edgy or anything. She's just a nice chill lady who loves her husband and supports him endlessly in basically whatever he does. She's the calm to his never ending anger, his biggest weakness but also greatest strength, and they love each other a lot. How cute.
